or supporting-----monitoring (any FTP connection failures occur's while processing the services, related networking issues, integration server health check up) , enhancements changes , adding of new fileds, changing the protocol types like FTP to SFTP, understanding interface's end to end activity, ---------these are comes under supporting activity.

Ok Sibyl_nola...in this case for Support, first go through Wm Admin guide. You need command on all Admin activities which would be sufficient for Support Role.!!
